Gluten Free Shrimp Fajitas
An incredibly delicious and simple to make recipe for Shrimp Fajitas, made with homemade taco seasoning. Use unpeeled shrimps for the FRESHEST result.

Instructions
Open the bag of frozen raw, unpeeled shrimp and transfer them to a medium bowl.
Fill the bowl, covering the frozen shrimp, with water and rest until thaw.
When thawed, peel the shrimp and make sure they are fully deveined.
In a sink colander, rinse the tomatoes and peppers.
Transfer the rinsed tomatoes and peppers to a cutting board then cut, and slice them thinly.
On the cutting board, cut the ends off and then peel the onion. Slice the onion thin and set aside.
Add 2 Tbsp Oil to a large saucepan and heat to medium high.
When the saucepan is warm, add the sliced onion and peppers and sauté until tender, around 5-7 minutes.
Slice the tomatoes thinly and then add them to the saucepan.
Measure and then add 2-3 Tablespoons of Homemade Taco Seasoning and 1/4 cup Lemon Juice, mix well, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the saucepan and cook until just pink, around 2-3 minutes.
Warm the Gluten Free tortillas and then serve the tacos with Gluten Free Refried Beans and top with any other desired ingredients.

Gluten Free Tortillas can be found at most major supermarkets.
