Instructions
In a microwave safe measuring cup, measure 2 cups water and then microwave it for 1 minute.
Measure and add 1 Tablespoon Yeast to the bowl of the KitchenAid mixer.
When the water is warm, add the water to the Yeast and mix well with a whisk.
Add 1/4 teaspoon Sugar to the water and let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
To the frothy yeast mixture, add 3 cups Casava Flour, 3 Tablespoons Oil and 1 Tablespoon Salt.
Insert the dough hook, plug the mixer in, lock and then turn on the machine and process the ingredients until a soft dough is formed.
Add extra Casava Flour if the dough is too sticky.
Spray a medium bowl with Nonstick Spray, then turn out the dough into the bowl and cover with Plastic Wrap.
Rest the dough for 20 minutes.
While the dough rests, spray a Pizza Pan with Nonstick Spray and set aside.
When rested, turn out the Gluten-Free Pizza Dough onto the pizza pan and cut it in half. Place half the dough back into the bowl.
Working around the dough, form the dough into a round pizza crust, around 1/4-1/3 inch thick.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Top the Gluten-Free Pizza Crust with Marinara and any toppings desired.
Cook the pizza for 18 minutes.
Remove the Gluten-Free Pizza from the oven and rest for 3-5 minutes, then slice and serve.
