Gluten Free and Dairy Free Alfredo Sauce
Homemade Dairy Free Alfredo Sauce that is also Gluten Free. In under 10 minutes, this from scratch sauce is easy and packed with fresh flavor.

Instructions
In a microwave safe measuring cup, measure 1 cup Water and then warm it to hot, around 1 1/2 minutes.
Measure the 1 cup raw cashews and place in a heat safe bowl.
Pour the hot water onto the cashews and then soak the 1 cup raw Cashew for 1 hour.
Add the 1 cup-soaked Cashews and 1 cup Water to a blender.
On a cutting board, roughly mince the 1/2 Onion and then add it to the blender.
On the cutting board, roughly mince the garlic and add it to the blender.
Measure and then add 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice to the blender.
Add 1 tsp Salt to the blender.
Measure and then add 1/2 tsp Pepper to the blender.
Remove the Rosemary from the stems and add them to the blender, roughly chopping them if desired.
Cover the blender and then process the ingredients until completely smooth.
When smooth, store the Dairy Free Alfredo in an airtight container, in the refrigerator, for up to 5 days.
Notes
Optional: Soak the 1 cup raw cashews in 1 cup water overnight.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
