Ingredients

Instructions
Cook the Bacon
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place aluminum foil onto a large rimmed baking sheet, then spray it with nonstick spray.
Lay the bacon onto the prepared baking sheet.
Cook the bacon until crispy.
When done, remove the baking sheet from the oven and rest the bacon for 1 minute.
Place sheets of paper towel onto a plate, then transfer the bacon to the paper towel and rest to cool.
When cooled, cut the bacon into 1/2-inch pieces.
Cook the Chicken
Place a large saucepan over medium heat, add 2 Tablespoons Oil, and warm the oil.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add the chicken to the hot saucepan and cook until the juices run clear.
When done, remove the chicken to a plate.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then use two forks and debone the chicken if needed.
Prep the Broccoli
Use a sink colander and rinse the broccoli.
On a cutting board, cut the broccoli into small bits.
Set the broccoli pieces aside in a bowl.
Assemble the Casserole
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray a 9 X 13-inch bake dish with nonstick spray.
Add the cooked and shredded chicken to the bake dish.
Add the broccoli to the bake dish.
Open the bag of frozen hashbrowns, then add the hashbrowns to the bake dish.
Add the bacon to the bake dish.
Pour the Dairy Free Alfredo over the chicken and hashbrown mixture, then stir well to combine.
Use a large spoon and stir the ingredients in the bake dish.
Add more Dairy Free Alfredo if needed.
Sprinkle the ingredients with 1/2 tsp Salt.
Bake the Dairy Free Chicken Bacon Casserole for 35 minutes.
Remove the casserole and rest for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
