Instructions
Place deboned chicken into a 6-Quart pot.
Carefully pour Chicken Stock back into the pot if you are using homemade, otherwise, add your desired stock to the pot.
In a sink colander, wash carrots and celery and then set aside.
On a cutting board, peel carrots, cut the ends off and dice and then add the carrots to the pot.
Cut the celery in half and dice and then add the celery to the pot.
Peel the garlic cloves, mince them and then add the minced garlic to the pot.
Cut the onion in half, peel the skin off, dice it and then add to the pot.
Season your soup by adding 1 tsp oregano, salt and pepper to the pot, additionally, taste the soup before serving for flavor.
Cover the pot and heat to a boil over medium-high heat, when boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 2-4 hours.
Add pasta or make your own and add it right before serving to cook the pasta.
