Steps to Seal Coat Concrete

Once you have the concrete cleaned with a pressure washer, make sure it dries completely before starting to seal the concrete.

Additionally, to the concrete being dry, you need to do the sealing when the temperature is above 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Having the temperature right helps curing, providing a successful seal.

A good painter’s foam roller with an extendable handle helps to save your back while rolling on the concrete sealer.

Open the concrete sealer, then carefully pour the sealer into a paint tray. Using the painters foam roller, inserted into the roller handle, dip the roller into the sealer and then run it through tray.

After 24 hours of the concrete drying, give it a second coat so you have a full years’ worth of protection on your concrete.
