Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour and baking soda, then set aside.
In the bowl of a KitchenAid mixer or a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugars until blended.
Pour in the instant pudding pack to the sugar mixture and mix on slow until combined.
Crack the 2 eggs into a separate bowl and then add them to the mixture, making sure to blend well.
Add 1 tsp vanilla to the mixture and stir to combine.
Add the flour, half at a time, and mix to combine. Then add the rest of the flour and mix well.
Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and stir well.
Measure out a Tablespoon of the Double Chocolate cookie mixture and roll it in your hands, then place it on a baking stone.
Place all the dough in rounded balls making sure they are 2-inches apart.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-13 minutes, or until browned.
Remove the baking stone from the oven and let the cookies rest for 2 minutes before transferring the cookies to a cooling rack.
