Instructions
Using a sink colander, rinse the potatoes well to remove all dirt.
Cut each potato in half on a cutting board.
Then cut each potato half in thirds, at an angle, for thick steak fry slices.
Make sure the slices are nice and big, and also cut into wedges.
Place each potato wedge into a large bowl.
Drizzle vegetable oil onto the potatoes.
Place a sheet of aluminum foil onto a baking sheet if using.
Pour the potatoes onto the baking sheet and then sprinkle with coarse salt.
Sprinkle with Seasoning Salt for more flavor.
Bake for 30-45 minutes at 400 degrees.
Remove the Steak Fries from the oven and rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Serve with ketchup or BBQ or whichever sauce you love to eat fries with and enjoy!
