Oregano, Basil, Tomato Seasoning Mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and then spray a Sheet Pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
In a sink colander, wash your carrots, broccoli and potatoes.
Place chicken in a bowl and then drizzle with oil and season with desired seasoning.
Arrange all of the seasoned chicken drumsticks on the Sheet Pan.
Peel potatoes and then cut them into large wedges.
Next, place the potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with oil before you lay them on the Sheet Pan.
Cut the stems off of the broccoli and then cut them into smaller pieces and arrange the broccoli pieces on the Sheet Pan.
Peel the carrots and then cut the ends off and slice them into pieces. Lay them also on the Sheet Pan.
Drizzle the vegetables with oil if desired and then finally season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken reaches a temperature of 165 degrees.
This can vary your cooking time so make sure you use a thermometer to temp the chickens.
