Instructions
In a sink colander, rinse the parsley.
On a paper towel, pat-dry the parsley.
Lay a mesh tray on the regular dehydrator trays.
Remove the parsley leaves from the stems.
Lay the parsley stems on the mesh tray.
Stack the dehydrator trays on top of each other.
Lay the lid on the trays and set the temperature at degrees Fahrenheit.
Let the dehydrator work for 6-8 hours, or until the parsley leaves are completely dry.
Transfer the parsley flakes to an airtight container and store in a cool and dry place.
Label the jar with the name and date.
Notes
Use the dehydrated parsley flakes in recipes.
Rub the dried parsley flakes between your fingers to make the flakes smaller if desired.
