Peel the bananas and place on a cutting board, then slice them into 1/2-inch-thick pieces.
Spray a cast iron skillet with non-stick spray or spread vegetable oil over the surface with a paper towel, then, spread the bananas over the bottom of the pan.
Add butter to the banana slices in 1/2 Tbsp chunks, then sprinkle with 1/4 tsp sugar and a dash of salt.
Dice large marshmallows into smaller pieces or use mini marshmallows, then, place the marshmallows in a small bowl and set aside for later.
Time to let your creativity shine! Grab out whatever ingredients you want to add to your Banana Dessert.
Place 1/2 cup peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 10-15 seconds, or until soft.
Grab another banana, peel it and slice it into very thin pieces. Then place the banana pieces in a bowl with the now warm and melty peanut butter, making sure to stir well.
Pour the peanut butter and banana mixture on top of the bananas in the cast iron skillet, then spread it out evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle chocolate chips onto the banana and peanut butter mixture making sure to additionally spread them out evenly over the entire banana mixture.
Make sure your coals are nice and hot with not too many flames with the grill grate placed over the firepit.
Place Tyler's Banana Dessert on the grill over the fire and then place a grill cover on top to trap the heat, causing the heat to travel under the dome and help to cook the dessert.
Use a torch to flame-kiss the marshmallows.
Finally, slice and serve Tyler's Banana Dessert and then enjoy!
