Instructions
Measure and add the 1/2 cup Brown Sugar to a dish.
Measure and add the 2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika to the dish.
Measure and add the 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder to the dish.
Measure and add the 2 tsp Cumin to the dish.
Measure and add the 1/4 cup Sweet Paprika to the dish.
Measure and add the 1 Tbsp Chili Powder to the dish.
Measure and add the 1 Tbsp Salt to the dish.
Measure and add the 1 Tbsp Black Pepper to the dish.
Measure and add the 1 Tbsp Onion Powder to the dish.
Mix the seasonings in the dish with a fork.
Place the BBQ Seasoning Mix into a spice grinder and then process until fine and smooth.
Store the BBQ Seasoning Mix in an airtight container and store in a cool and dark place.
