Corn bread can be made into muffins, bread and baked and broken up into pieces to go along with stuffing. Corn bread stuffing is AMAZING by the way. My mother-in-law makes the BEST when we go for visits. She shreds chicken and adds it to traditional stuffing. I have tried to replicate it, but hers is just hands down the best.
Maybe one day I can replicate the recipe and share it here. Stay tuned for that recipe sometime!
